Ricky has had his heart in the game since he could pick up a ball. With over 20 years of competitive playing experience, he has built a strong foundation in both baseball and men's fast pitch softball. Ricky competed at a varsity high school level before moving on to high-level tournaments across the country. He has played in multiple formats of the game, including men’s baseball, men’s fast pitch, and men’s slowpitch.
Elite Recognition
Ricky's dedication to the sport has not gone unnoticed. He was invited twice to participate in the Junior Men's National Fast Pitch Team selection process. This distinction is reserved for elite athletes across the country. It reflects his advanced skill set, athleticism, and deep understanding of the game.
Standing at 6'6", Ricky is known for his versatility. He currently competes at a high level in men's fast pitch, USSSA slowpitch tournaments, and competitive men’s baseball. His achievements include earning multiple 1st All-Tournament honors at high-level men's fast pitch and baseball tournaments.

Beyond competition, Ricky is passionate about the development side of the sport. He focuses on fundamentals, mental approach, and respect for the game. His goal is to continue growing within the baseball and softball community through mentorship, training, and leadership.
