Policies

Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy Booking Policy: All sessions must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system. Full payment (or a valid package on file) is required to confirm and secure your appointment. Booking a session indicates agreement to all policies listed below. Cancellation, Rescheduling and No-Show Policy: At No Hitter Company LLC we value the time and commitment of every athlete and strive to maintain a professional and organized training environment. Cancellations or request to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations and rescheduling request made 24 hours or more to the scheduled session time will not incur any fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be subject to a 50% charge of the session fee. Cancellations request made within 12 hours of the scheduled session will be subject to 100% charge of the session fee. Athletes who fail to attend their scheduled session (no-show) will be charged the full session amount. These policies allow us to respect the time of our coaches, trainers, staff and provide opportunities for other athletes who may be on a waitlist. All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted through the official booking system on our website . Request made via text, message, email, or social media may not be accepted or guaranteed. This ensures accurate scheduling and allows us to offer available time slots to other athletes. Late Arrival Policy: If you are late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Full payment is required regardless of arrival time. Waitlist Policy: If a session is fully booked, clients may join the waitlist. if a spot becomes available, you will be notified and must confirm within the designated timeframe to secure the session. Package Policy: All training packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Sessions must be used within the designated timeframe outlined at purchase. Participation Requirements: All participants, or parent/legal guardian if under 18, must complete and sign the liability wavier prior to participating. If a waiver is not signed, participation is not allowed, and cancelation policy still applies. No Hitter Company LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or change policies, pricing and procedures at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be reflected on our official website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
